Sonesta Select Indianapolis Carmel

This is a wonderful place to stay! I don’t leave reviews often, but in a day and age where customer service is bare minimum, I wanted to thank them for a job well-done. They took care of my every need and question. Every single person I talked to was polite. The rooms were SO clean. The whole hotel had a great atmosphere. I plan on staying here again.

Great location. We stayed for Softball tournament with our team. Lots of restaurants close by and really nice outdoor ambiance. The property recently changed ownership, so there are a few items being repaired. But Jasmine and Akil did their best to make our stay a pleasant ss possible. Definitely coming back next year.

Great value for the money. The rooms were very clean, staff was great. Pool area was VERY COLD in the winter, ok for kids but that's about it, probably great in the summer though. Important note BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED. My guess is many of the negative reviews are from people expecting breakfast and being disappointed, because otherwise the hotel is great!

Sonesta us not a recognizable brand here in the U.S. Owner told me it is a European brand. Owner has made some updates to the place. They were VERY gracious and accommodating with a request I had. Hotel is clean and well-maintained, very quiet, and in a good location. The hotel seems to be in a business park so the only people back there are people who are either working or staying at the hotel. There's not much "just passing through" traffic. The hotel is right next to the interstate but was surprisingly VERY quiet. Great value for the price!

A gem of a hotel, and the service is outstanding. When I checked out I left my shaving kit behind in the room. I called when I discovered it and they retrieved it from the room. A super helpful employee named Andrew packed it up and sent it to me via UPS. I go to Indianapolis regularly and this hotel has earned a new loyal customer.

We stayed one night at this hotel and was extremely pleasantly surprised. It wasn’t the most modern, but the lobby was gorgeous and the room was fine. The room we had (1 king size) wasn’t huge but there were only 2 of us, it was clean and comfortable. The parking lot was lit and clean, and felt safe. Although there was no breakfast (which was fine for us anyway) there was coffee available and it was decent and well stocked. We did not hear a peep from other customers. It was extremely quiet. The customer service was AMAZING. I interacted with 3 people, the young gal that checked us in was delightful. We chatted about the fall decorations they had up and her cat. The 2 gentlemen at the front desk early morning were extremely pleasant as well and I chatted with them for a few minutes. The ONLY thing I wasn’t crazy about was that they charge a $50 deposit for “incidentals”. But I’m assuming they do that because there’s been a need for that. We just stayed last night so it’s too soon to tell how long it will take for the hold to come off. Regardless, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

My son goes to school at Butler University. The Sonesta checks all the boxes when we go visit. Reasonably priced, short drive to Butler's football stadium, staff is super friendly, very clean, and newly decorated rooms. You have earned some repeat customers. Thanks!!

Our stay at the Sonesta was nice and affordable. The staff were friendly, and we felt safe throughout our visit. Even though the hotel is next to a major hospital, it was surprisingly quiet. We stayed for a full week, and the room was comfortable, mostly clean, and peaceful. Housekeeping, however, could use more attention to detail. When we first arrived, the comforter needed to be changed but the staff addressed it quickly. The room itself was also quite dusty, which made it clear that the cleaning wasn’t as thorough as it could be. Other than that, our stay was pleasant, and we would stay here again.
